Dear Pilates Enthusiasts,

Dorothy will be away from November 1st to 18th as she is attending the 6th Interdisciplinary World Congress on Low Back and Pelvic Girdle Pain. Faye Starr will take most of Dorothy’s sessions and Jenny and Danielle will share the others. Please tell your instructor, if you experience a problem with any of the exercises. Although your instructors will have information regarding your needs, they still require feedback in order to provide an appropriate session. Remember, they are not familiar with your individual problems and session structures on a day-to-day basis.

Congratulations to Rachael and Grant on the birth of Charli Jane.

At last, the Power-Plate is ready for use and current clients may take advantage of Power-Plate training at a reduced rate.

Unfortunately, the Power-Plate cannot be used between November 1st and 18th when Dorothy is away.
